He is a Saudi Arabian national and holds two doctoral degrees, one in anatomy and the other in acupuncture. He is the author of several scientific papers and participated in several seminars and conferences, is very active in social welfare activities; has made noteworthy contribution to the foundation, both in its establishment and activities. He is a founding member of Isra Islamic Foundation.
